Sizing
The men's line is a regular fit, runs true-to-size, and is not vanity-sized — order the size you normally wear in a well-made cotton tee. Measurements below are taken across the chest, seam to seam, on a garment laid flat, and the length is measured from the high point of the shoulder to the bottom hem. If you sit between two sizes or prefer a roomier dive-shirt fit, we recommend sizing up. The full chart below reflects the live SKU range the product page ships — Small through 2X-Large.

Material & Fabric
Every DepthThread tee is constructed from 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton — mid-weight ~5.5 oz, pre-shrunk so the size you order is the size that comes out of the wash, and dense enough to hold its shape after a saltwater rinse. The graphic is screen-printed with plastisol ink cured into the cotton fiber, not sitting on top of it, which is what lets the print survive repeated ocean dives without cracking or fading. That combination — heavier organic cotton, ink fused to the fiber — is the difference between a $35 tee that lasts five seasons and a $15 fast-fashion tee that does one.
Shipping
DepthThread ships to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and the EU, Australia and New Zealand, and the Caribbean. Every order is screen-printed on demand by Printful — production runs 2–5 business days, then transit runs 3–8 business days on top of that. The $35 listed price is the full price you pay at checkout; there is no separate shipping line item added at the Stripe step — Printful handles production and shipment together. There is no free-shipping threshold to chase, no surcharges for international destinations, and no restocking fees. Garments ship flat in a kraft-paper mailer made from FSC-certified recycled paperboard — no plastic polybag, no plastic void fill — so it goes straight from your doorstep into curbside paper recycling.
Returns
We want a tee you actually wear, not one you feel stuck with. If a DepthThread shirt does not earn its place in your closet, you have 30 days from the delivery date to send it back — unworn, unwashed, with the hangtags still attached, and we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt. Buyers pay return shipping because we have found that charging nothing for returns attracts flippers rather than divers, and we would rather spend that money on better cotton. Exchanges are easy: order the same design in the size you actually need and email hello@depththread.com so we can coordinate the swap without leaving a stale return sitting in a third-party warehouse.
Care Instructions
Cold machine wash, inside-out, with like colors. Tumble dry low or, preferably, hang dry — the cotton is pre-shrunk so you do not have to baby it, but air-drying extends the life of any tee and keeps the print looking new across more dive seasons. Do not bleach, do not iron directly over the print, and skip the dry-clean solvent — plastisol ink does not need it. After saltwater dives, a fresh-water rinse is fine and is actually recommended; the plastisol ink is cured into the fiber, which is the same reason reviewers tell us the print still looks new after six saltwater rinses.
